Can't stop replaying that painful moment?
Whether it's an offhand comment that won't leave your head, a heartbreak that still makes you wince, or a betrayal that makes your chest tighten—you've probably tried everything. Venting to friends. “Courageous conversations.” "Just letting it go."
Nothing's worked because thinking through heart matters doesn't heal them.
What if there were a way to find peace without changing what happened?
The Work of Byron Katie is a gentle practice that helps you find truth in stillness. Through four simple questions and "turnarounds," you'll see your painful situation from new perspectives. Insights arise, then compassion, and suddenly—you feel free again.
What You'll Experience:
- Physical release from emotional burdens you didn't know you carried
- Genuine compassion for yourself and others involved
- Crystal clarity about the situation and everyone in it
- Freedom from old stories that kept you stuck
- New possibilities you couldn't see before
Why This Works The Work addresses hurt where it lives: in our thoughts and stories about what happened. Instead of arguing with reality, it transforms your relationship to it. As your understanding evolves, you're released from the past.
About Your Facilitator The Work has been my daily practice since 2010 and is woven throughout my 14-year coaching career. I'm honored to teach it as a Master Coach instructor in Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training program and have attended Byron Katie's School for The Work twice to continually deepen my facilitation skills.
